So the CD single is lossy to my surprise for 2003. The original is lossless, the one without Jay-Z. The specific Jay-Z remix can be found on Panjami MC's album and The Source Presents Hip Hop Hits Vol. 7 not sure if its lossless on either...

I have the CD single, and it’s lossy there, too. I suspect this was never
issued in lossless. My guess is that the collaboration was “virtual” and that the final mix was just sent via mp3 between the artists and record label. |
