   Has the single version of "Say Goodbye to Hollywood" (live) appeared on any CD? And when you say "applause over the intro is longer", do you mean there's more applause before the music begins? Or that once the music begins, the applause lasts longer on one of the versions? It sounds like you're saying the second option, but that would be really odd if they did that, so I'm guessing you're meaning the first (?)
