although not in the db, i'm trying to locate the song
"lullaby of birdland" by the blue stars from 1956...it was issued as mercury 70742...i have the vinyl 45 but i was never able to locate a cd version or copy.....does anyone know if this has ever appeared on cd? |

i bot and received the cd today....it has the correct mono
version, but the commercial 45 lists a run time on the label as 2:40 but the song actually runs 2:45.....the cd version's run time is 2:47......so you'll need to pitch it up to match the vinyl 45 speed.... |
