Does anyone have the single edit of this song handy for edit points?
Full version runs 5:35, and I'm unable to verify the time but I believe the 45 version was around 4 minutes in length. Thanks! :) |

I'm very confused.
I've confirmed the 45 is in the 3:59-4:03 range, but there is apparently a 1978 remix and varying lengths of the original recording further clouding the issue, lol. I just cannot find the 45 version on CD (if anyone knows of one please give as many details as possible!). |

As far as I know, the true 45 version has never been issued on CD. But that should change before the end of the year, when "The Complete Motown Singles: 1971" is released, probably in the fall. |
