my commercial 45 for the eagles song "new kid in town" issued as asylum 45373 states the run time as 4:49 and does indeed run that length and is just an early fade of the full length 5:04 cd/lp version...if you fade from 4:32 to 4:49 you'll effectively re-create the 45 version.....the 45 run time info s/b added to the db...

No, Tim. None of the Hotel California album's promo 45s were edited, including the mono sides. |
