Here's one that's got me puzzled. I've heard what seem to be two different
version of Summer Rain by Johnny Rivers. I've heard one with the "surf"
sound effects in the beginng and one without (I don't recall if either version
has them at the end). Since I can't seem to unearth my single I'm hoping
someone in the know could tell how to identify the single version of this
track.

The 45 version has no intro or outro sound effects - the Lp version does.

Thanks Pat, I had a feeling about that but it's been so long that I just
couldn't remember for the life of me.

My commercial 45, which is mono and confirmed as Imperial 66267, has a listed time of (3:30), but an actual time of (3:39).
