Both my commercial and my promo 45 have a listed time of (3:45), and both actually run (3:46). I post this simply because all current database CDs run between (3:37) and (3:42).

Jim, I timed the LP and the running time is (3:41) not (3:44) as stated on the record label.

The Free Movement album wasn't mastered very well. It was strange, the single was on Decca but the LP was on Columbia. Decca only had the single, so after they had a "hit" the Free Movement signed with Columbia for an album deal, and Columbia just licensed the track to add to the album. But they didn't bother to check the phase on the song when they stripped it onto the album so "I've Found Someone Of My Own" always sounded out of phase if you heard it on a mono radio and the source was the Columbia LP. Wouldn't surprise me if Columbia faded it slightly earlier or even if the speed was wrong. Sloppy job.

I had a copy of the commercial 45 at one time, and it matched what's on the Eric CD in the database.

The actual running time of my commercial 45 is (3:46).
I think that there are 2 different pressings. The run out groove info: "7L-15583". My 45 doesn't have "E1" description. --abagon |
