Is the version of "Absolute Beginners" on "The Singles 1969-1993" the correct 45 version?

I have the U.S. commercial 45 and "The Singles 1969-1993" CD (but this is released in Japan.) The 45's actual running time is (5:34) with the listed time "5:35" and states the "edited version" on the record label. (EMI America B-8308)
"The Singles 1969-1993" CD's actual running time is (5:35). The both are the same edit point and the same speed. The CD length is only the :01 longer than the 45. The version on "The Singles 1969-1993" come to the correct 45 version if the Japan CD is identical to the U.S. CD.

How long is the album version if the 5:45 version is the "edit"?. My promo copy has a radio edit that's approx 1 min shorter on one side (I'll check listed time later).

I've written "The both are the same edit point..." in my last posting as if I have the LP version item. Hence I don't know the LP's actual running time. In fact, I only wanted to express that "The 45 and the CD are the same version." Sorry, Hykker.

On my CD copy of the soundtrack (Virgin CDV 2386), "Absolute Beginners" is
listed as 8:03 and runs 8:00.

There is also a shorter edit running 4:46. It is
included in the EMI America 12" (SPRO 9623) in side A,
and the longer version running 8:00 in side B.

Beginners/release/1613009

This 4:46 edit is available on the single disc and 2-CD
versions of Nothing Has Changed (2014) and the 2-
CD version of Bowie Legacy (2016).
