Anyone know what the difference is between the "Canadian" 12" version and a US mix? I've always had the Pointer Sisters Greatest Hits CD with the 5:35 version incorrectly labeled as having a 4:59 time. Is the US mix a different remix, or just an edit of this 12" version?

I'd love to help you out on this question but when I went to look for my 12" Pointer Sister singles, I could not find either the US or Canadian 12" so I am going to have to put them both on my want list and start all over again.

I just listened to the US 12" version, and I do not hear any difference between this version and the Greatest Hits version (labeled in the database as Canadian 12" single version). It would appear that they are the same. The US 12" has a printed time of 4:59 and an actual time of 5:32.
