   i have the uk import cd single for the sisqo song titled 

'thong song' issued as def soul 568890-2 and contains the 

below tracks


1-uk radio edit (3:30 listed; 3:28 actual)

2-artful dodger remix (5:40 listed; 5:32 actual)

3-instrumental (4:11 listed; 4:11 actual)


i only point this out because there are a few database 

entries which show as running 3:28....should these be 

classified as the 'uk radio edit'

The version we played at our station in 2000 was Track 1, from the first-listed promo: -Sisqo--"Thong Song" (DEFR 15064-2) 1-Mainstream Radio Edit (listed 3:54; actual 4:05) 2-Mainstream Dance Edit (listed time on paper insert (4:28); listed time on disc itself (3:30); actual time (3:34)) 3-Instrumental (listed & actual 4:11) 4-Club Version (listed & actual 3:45) 5-(Call Out Research Hook) 6-(ID Drop) -Sisqo--"Thong Song" (DEFR 15014-2) 1-Radio Edit (listed 3:58; actual 4:06) 2-Instrumental (listed 4:03; actual 4:12) 3-(Call Out Research Hook) -Sisqo--"Thong Song" (official CD-R promo) 1-Thong Song Remix (No Talk Intro) (actual 4:07) -Sisqo--"Thong Song" (official CD-R promo) 1-Super Jupiter Mighty Thong Dance Mix (listed 4:04; actual 4:05) With all of the different promo CD singles I own for this one, it seems impossible to me that neither the (3:28) actual time "UK Radio Edit" nor the (5:32) actual time "Artful Dodger Remix", that Ed has posted details for, from his import CD single, were included on any of them.
