My commercial 45, which is mono, has a listed time of (2:42), but an actual time of (2:47).

In the database I see the longer stereo versions labeled as LP versions with the one mono version labeled 45 version. I listened to both and besides the mono versus stereo differences the stereo version simply doesn't fade as early as the mono version does. My question for Pat here is should the mono actually be 45 length instead (and the longer labeled LP length)?

After consulting my notes stuck inside the sleeve of the 45 I noted that there were percussion differences from :20 to :30. Now upon listening to the mono version and the stereo version multiple times I have to agree that the term "version" is probably better stated as "mix" as those percussion elements are just barely audible on the stereo LP mix but there are also bass guitar mix differences as well as horn and drum mix differences so I will change comments to read something to the effect of "45 mix and length" or "LP mix and length".
