my commercial 45 issued as columbia 11213 states a run time on the label as 3:20 but actually runs 3:22 and is identical to all the entries in the db....also....my 45 has a very narrow stereo seperation.....while the cd versions are wide....other than that they're identical...

The on-line database indicates that the 45 & LP versions of "Any Way You Want It" are identical, clocking in at 3:21/3:22 - and 14 of the 15 CDs in the database do run those lengths. However, since edtop40's post above, at least one new CD has been added: a 2010 re-issue of the soundtrack (O.S.T.) to the classic 1980 film Caddyshack, on La-La Land Records 1118. According to Pat, on that CD, "Any Way You Want It" comes in at just (3:09), w/ no notation currently given. So is it the 45/LP version faded 12-13 seconds early, or is something else going on here???
