my commercial 45 issued as arista 0108 states a run time on the label as 3:16 and does indeed run that length and is and edit of the full length 3:59 cd/lp version and although it's in stereo, it's a very narrow stereo...aaron, thanks for the edit you did for me awhile ago!!!...this 45 run time info s/b added to the db...

Actually, the 45 isn't an edit of the LP version - it's a totally different mix. (This song comes from the album "Barry Manilow II".) However, if you take the alternate mix that was used on certain versions of the "Greatest Hits" CD, this CAN be edited down to be exactly the 45 version. And yes, it's not very wide stereo compared to the original album version. Luckily, I have a much wider stereo separation version of the single mix (provided by fellow Downey-ite MMathews), and it sounds GREAT, and it's very wide stereo - and it's the single mix! Mark is a wizard at this stuff.
