Both the US 2-track CD single and the promo CD single contains a version with and without Busta Rhymes. Top 40 stations in my area most often played the version without Busta Rhymes, which runs 4:02. It is also called the "Radio Edit - Clean" version.

I have the promo single (A&M 11415):
1 - "Radio Edit - Feat. Busta Rhymes" (Listed/actual 3:38). 2 - "Radio Edit" (Listed/actual 4:02). No Busta. 3 - Instrumental (Listed/actual 4:42). Here are the main differences between tracks 1/2: Track #1 has a rap before the first verse and before the final chorus. Track #2 is instrumental before the first verse. Where Busta's second rap comes in, track #2 has a breakdown/bridge ("I know I'm on your mind...") and a final verse ("See, I know she loves you...") instead. I don't think I've ever heard the latter version before. |
