Just a minor point regarding John Denver's "Take Me Home, Country Roads" for database consideration... Commercial 45 copies list the artist as "John Denver with Fat City" on the record label.
Fat City consisted of vocalists Bill Danoff & Taffy Nivert. If those names don't ring a bell, you may be more familiar the band they later formed that scored a #1 Billboard smash in 1976 with "Afternoon Delight"... That of course was the Starland Vocal Band! |

Promotional copies also list the artist as John Denver with Fat City. A promo copy of that 45 was one of the first things I ever bought on ebay when I joined because I loved the song so much (and was the first of many items I got into a bidding war over!).
