John Cougar Mellencamp - Rooty Toot Toot

Not sure if, or how high this one charted in the USA, so apologies in advance if it fell well short of the Top 40.

I'm just wondering if anyone who has the 45 can confirm whether the first :05 of the LP version (which contains a combination of chatter and instruments being tuned) is also present on the 45, or whether it was removed. I don't ever recall hearing that part on the radio.
