   There is a 45 and LP version designation in the 

database, but I don't know what the differences are off 

hand.  

I have version from TM Century that runs 3:45 and the 

first piano note starts right at :01 with a quick 

whistle over the applause.

I also have another file runs 3:50 and the first piano 

note starts at :04 before the applause with no whistle.   

I'm not sure of the source of 

this file.   Does anyone have the promo single CD and 

does it vary from stock copies?
