Is the 3:13 mono 45 promo version a drop down edit of the 4:17 stereo 45 or a unique mix?

I just edited the longer version down to the shorter version
in stereo. I also did a fold of the edited shorter edit I did and it sounds like the shorter mono 45 so I would say just a fold down. Not positive though. |
