Which is the "hit version" the Edit (which takes out the rap and is 3:08) or the commercial version which includes the rap which is 4:08?

Top Hits USA seemed to think that the "Single Edit" (printed 4:11) was the hit. It was Track 1 from the promo CD single Imago IM-28046-2-DJ (1992). It appeared on Top Hits USA's weekly disc T0170 and recurrents disc RH19, both released in 1993.

The "Single Edit, Rap-less" (printed 3:14) was the only track on a later-released promo CD single Imago IM-28051-2-DJ (1992).
There's a lot of crap on the radio, but there's only one Crap From The Past.

Our station played the 4:11 version, don't recall hearing the no-rap one anywhere.

Back in '92-'93 our station played track 1 Single Edit
(4:11) during morning/day hours and would rotate track 2
(SoBe Mix Single Edit) during evening. I have this promo
cd but have never A/B track 1 and 7, which are both labeled
single edit with similar track duration, to hear if there
is a difference.

Is it just me or the search function on the board doesn't always come up when you use it.

Sorry I try to search before I post anything. It would help Aaron if maybe we had big folders for the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s, 10s and 20s. That way we can find what we are looking for.
