   The 45 version runs 3:03 exactly as the label says. Yet for the single version the deluxe edition has a 2:26 labeled "single edit" from the group.

Does anyone know if there is some 45 promo which would explain this 2:26 single edit? Nothing on discogs I see for the 7 releases in 1981.

Any help would be appreciated.

	Can the LP version be edited to match the 3:02 45 version? The reason I ask is I hear some sound effects behind the beginning of the song that's not on the 45. Edited by eriejwg
