I just caught an error in the 10th edition regarding the song No, No, No Part 2 by Destiny's Child featuring Wyclef Jean. The time given in the book is (4:06) which is the time for Part 1 not Part 2 (the correct time for Part 2 is (3:26)). I just reviewed a cd called "90's Pop Hits" on Sony Music 61005 which includes a version of No, No, No Part 2 which runs (3:05) that does not include Wyclef Jean in the introduction. Can anyone offer information on whether this (3:05) version has been released previously as a dj edit?

I have the 3:05 version without the Wyclef Jean rap introduction on my Promo Only: Mainstream Radio CD subscription series. I've also done some research and it looks as though this edit appears as Track 3 on commercial maxi-CD single and promo DJ CD single copies. The promo CD track listing for "No, No, No" (Columbia ESK 38K 78618) is reported to be*: 1) Part II (featuring Wyclef Jean) - 3:30 2) Part I - 3:59 3) Part II (w/o Rap) - 3:05 * run times are not confirmed |
