   I spent much of last evening editing the LP version of this song to match the 45, and while there is an early fade, there is also an edit on the intro, so notations in the book should probably say "(45 version)" rather than "(45 Length)" as they currently do.

	Good catch Brian, there is a slight edit on the introduction and that would make all versions to date on compact disc the LP version.

	I meant to say "(LP Length)" in my post rather than "(45 Length)." But you knew that. :D
