Simultaneous login error

   I got the dreaded "simultaneous login" error tonight for the first time in a while.  I have to wonder if this is caused by logging on with different browsers on the same computer.  I'm wondering if I was logged in with Mozilla, forgot to log off, and then tried to log in with Internet Explorer.  

At any rate, the software detection does not seem to detect that a login is coming from the same ISP.  It appears that if you shut your browser without logging off, you will get the error message if you try to log on again.
