I've started to burn my CD collection on to an external hard drive and in doing so, I've been able to spot a few things that I've never noticed before.
My copy of "Time Life: Sounds of the Seventies - Seventies Top Forty" does not include "Little Willy" by Sweet. It includes "I Need You" by America as track 9. Does anyone else have a copy with this change. It is not listed in the database nor is it listed on the Time Life Discography page that I usually refer to. Thanks Edited by Fetta |

My copy of Seventies Top Forty also includes America and not Sweet. I think we both have a later pressing of the CD.

This wouldn't be the first time we've seen two pressings of a Time-Life CD title with each sporting one different track. A long time ago, I reported that my CD pressing of Sounds of the Seventies - 1976: Take Two (Time-Life SOD-18) contains Fleetwood Mac's "Over My Head", while earlier pressings of this disc contain Thin Lizzy's "The Boys Are Back in Town" instead.

My "Sounds of the Seventies - Seventies Top Forty" contains "Little Willy." I didn't even know that there was an alternate pressing of this disc. Is this series even in print anymore?

If I'm not mistaken, the Sounds Of The Seventies was repackaged as Ultimate Seventies, with a combination of the first issues of Sound Of The Seventies and the Take Two discs.
