   Always wondered why it seems that hard to find 45 versions or long out-of-print CD's are attainable on imports.

Very often, an import collection of greatest hits from an artist/group seem to be more complete than domestic CD's.

I'm not talking about bootleg imports either.

Why is that? Licensing?
