I have the stereo promo 45 and the 3:33 side actually runs 3:29. Yes, my TT has a strobe and pitch control, so the 3:33 time on the label must be wrong. The edited side does sound slightly faster than the full length 4:21 B side.

For database purposes, DJ and commercial 45 copies of "Let It Ride" both state a run time of 3:33 on the record label, but have an actual run time of 3:29. |

my commercial 45 issued as mercury 73457 states a run time of 3:33 but actually runs 3:30 and is identical to the version on the below cd...
