Linda Ronstadt pulled several singles from her 1993 album, "Winter Light" - "Heartbeats Accelerating" and "Oh, No, Not My Baby" both charted AC ("Heartbeats" also bubbled under) and there were promos issued for "A River For Him" and "Adonde Voy." But, I also recall hearing "I Just Don't Know What To Do With Myself" on the radio and even in stores. Yet, I never saw a single (official or promo) released for this and there is no mention of the song as a single in the trades of that era. Does anyone know whether "Myself" was ever an official release sent for airplay to radio?

No, it wasn't released as a promo single.
The sole promotional CD featuring it is the promo album:

They probably picked and played the song from it.

Thanks for responding. When I first heard this on the radio, I assumed it was an album track - AC radio was still interesting in the early 1990's - since I never saw the song listed in Billboard, Cashbox or R&R as a single. But, when I heard it on another station and in department stores, I was wondering what I was missing. Since physical singles were starting to disappear by this point, I was not finding anything there either.
