my commercial 45 for the little dippers song "forever"
issued as university 210 states the run time on the label
as 2:18 but actually only runs 2:16 and is sped up versus
the 2:20 running time versions in the db...this 45 run time
s/b added to the db...thanks mark for the proper

Copying this from the thread on this song I had started in October 2010 (http://www.top40musiconcd.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=594 9):

Quote "The first pressing says the catalog number is 210 and has a matrix number elsewhere on the label of (B - 207 - IG). In the trail-out there is a hand written B-207-IG and on the other side of the trail-out is a hand written MCR with no other markings given. This pressing has an actual time of(2:18)."

Without the actual 45 at my fingertips at the moment I can't be certain how long the fade out takes or how quiet it gets towards the end (it's possible it kept going after the background noise started to take over), but it appears that Ed's copy may be identical to one of my two pressings and that it may actually run 2:18 and not 2:16. Ed, when I find my copy i will shoot off a dub of it to you.
Live in stereo.
