I did a search and didn't find much about this song. Not a top 40 hit, but a great song. Has anyone attempted an edit, and if so, what are the edit points?

Hi Ian!

I did, using the video for the song as a guide.

It's a little troublesome--a lot of little edits, plus the second chorus gets repeated in the 45 but not on the LP (might be an early fade as well, but I'm not as sure of that). It'd be easier to send you my recreation.

Thanks Doug. Is that the second chorus repeated, or the first chorus re-edited in out of sequence, followed immediately by the second chorus?

I think it's sorely missing from the album version. When I first heard the song, I heard the edited 45 version on the radio. I bought the album and was surprised the repeat of the chorus isn't on the album version, despite the fact it's almost a minute longer. I always thought it should have been that way.

It was hard for me to tell which chorus was inserted a second time--I just used the second one and it came out pretty close, if not correct.
