can someone at the home office fix my log-in issues....as
listed below....thx

edward adrion is still logged in on another computer.
You must first log out from that computer.

A simultaneous log in attemp was noted to you account.
Multiple such attemps may lead to suspension of your
subscription.

Ed, this problem is usually fixed by using the following URL and substituting your User ID number with the XXXX.

http://www.top40musiconcd.com/logOut.asp?userID=XXXX

You can typically find out your User ID number by looking at the link on the same page as the error message.

Aaron, you were kind enough to share this fantastic "db login user
solution" once before.

I followed your directions exactly back then, and then stored it as a
favorite. Now, whenever I mess up, I click on it. Your fix then instantly
logs me out, and I can immediately log back in. Works every time!

Every single time I've ever gotten this message, it has always been my own
fault. I usually x'd/closed out a tab I had accidentally, with the db open
with my ID, when I was either looking at this forum, or somewhere else,
via another tab. There's nothing wrong with Pat's system.

Ed, I promise that you will save yourself future db frustration if you follow
Aaron's instructions. Life is too short!    :)

I admit, I've had this "simultaneous login" problem occur with me a number of times over the years due to my browser crashing and then being unable to log back in to the site right away. I just now tried Aaron's helpful suggestion by typing in the URL containing my assigned user ID and then bookmarking the associated webpage. It's good to now know I can now go directly to this bookmark and fix the login issue should my browser crash again in the future. Thanks, guys!

I somehow missed Aaron's solution when he posted it before... this is the first time I've seen this. I'll be sure to bookmark it. Thanks, Aaron.

Ed, you have to replace the XXXX with your 4-digit user ID.

You've always had one. You just didn't know what it was. If you log in,
then log out, put a bookmark on the logout page. (This is the same link
that I listed in my post above.) Then if you have trouble in the future,
just go to that bookmarked page, and you'll be logged out. Once logged
out, you can log back in again.

You'll see what your 4 digit code is by looking at the URL in your
browser on either the logout page or the error page that warns you
about simultaneous logins.
