Many years ago I bought many of the Elton John deluxe edition CDs with bonus cuts. Going through my collection right now, I don't have such editions for "21 at 33", "Jump Up!" or "Breaking Hearts". Did any of these get the deluxe treatments?

Good question Gordon. These three albums you listed have been reissued on CD, but each one has been a straight reissue of the original LP.

So the short answer to your question is "no." No extras (b-sides, single edits, demos, live recordings, etc.) to be had.

Now I'm wondering if any of these three have become scarce and expensive to buy on the secondhand market.

It seems like many of his 45s have non-LP B-sides; I'm not the Elton John expert to know if this was the case for any of the singles from these 3 albums. But if that's the case, they may not be on any CDs at all.

Yes, those three albums never had deluxe editions, only remasters with no bonus tracks. However, all the non-LP B-sides from those three albums are on the "Elton John Jewel Box," which is also available as a download:

As far as I can recall, there are no non-LP B-sides remaining unissued in digital format.

I had no idea about this "Jewel Box". It's really cool. Once again, you come through, Brian! Interestingly, I found it in New condition on amazon that's cheaper than the price on Qobuz - which surprises me. I'm glad I asked about deluxe editions for the 3 CDs above. :)
