I agree that the YT video sounds like a CD source and not the 45. If someone has the UK 45 and can verify, I'll make the appropriate database update.

I asked the guy on the YT post, and he verified it is a CD
source. It did, however, raise his curiosity, so he has ordered a UK 45 to see! |

The guy who posted that "UK 45" (that isn't....) ordered one and has now posted it at:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ImcwmEEc-u4 It runs 2:30. So the longer versions are CD-era version, while the US 45 is an even earlier fade. And, the stereo I have - from 1970 EMI Regal Starline LP "The Best Of The Dave Clark Five" - fades even earlier and runs slower. |

Database CDs currently state "longer than any previously issued version in the United States." While this is technically true, is this the same mono mix heard on the 45 (but longer)? Or is this a new mono mix done in the CD era?

Aaron, I don't have an Epic 45, but I still own the Epic LP I bought in '64 ('Glad All Over') and "Do You Love Me" is the SAME MIX as the CD (EQ and compression are slightly different, natch.)
