The pop version is indeed a remix so the database should give an LP version designation.

The most notable difference is when the chorus begins at 1:07. The original album version has three prominent rising steel guitar notes while the pop remix does not. My commercial CD single of "Breathe" has the album version on it.

Thanks for passing the information along, Westlife. So it
looks like the pop mix was on the promo single only. So I
stand corrected, the database is correct.

Btw, if anyone is looking for the "Pop Version" on CD, it's widely available on several import CD singles from the original release era, sometimes also called "Radio Version". They go cheap on Ebay & Discogs.

Thanks for clearing that up. I didn't know exactly what
to listen for back then. As if this stuff wasn't
confusing enough!
