How can Paul Haney have a commercial cassette of this song running (4:35) and Edtop40 have the same cassette single which runs (4:43)?

This is likely the result of the cassette single being timed on two different cassette decks with very different playback speeds.

I timed my copy on 2 different decks (both of which have run other singles just fine). It's possible that a) my copy has the 7" edit as described above OR b) the tape itself runs a little faster. Just another reason why I was never a big fan of cassette singles! Edited by Paul Haney |

I am not sure if a cassette single was released on the Exile label back in 1990. I do have the Zoo cassette single as well and it is the Exile "promiscuous edit" (aka "7" remix edit" on Zoo).
