I noticed that Spencer Morasch's YouTube channel "WABCRadio77" has recently been terminated. It was a treasure trove of hundreds of original 45s, mostly from the '60s and '70s, and a great reference for exact timing, since they were all played on a quartz-locked Technics turntable. He stopped regularly uploading in 2014, but some of his videos racked up hundreds of thousands of views.

My own music channel on YouTube (much smaller and less focused) recently got hit with a copyright strike because of my upload of "Five O'Clock World" by The Vogues, so maybe their record company did a sweep of copyright takedowns, and if you get three of them in a row, your channel is terminated.

Here's an archive of his channel. The videos are all gone, but you can at least read the descriptions:

What a bummer. His channel was my go-to when I needed a nice quick reference to what a certain 1960s or 1970s hit sounded like on vinyl.

Lots of music content creators on YouTube (Professor of Rock, Rick Beato, and others) have been complaining about copyright strikes lately. Even a few non-music related channels are being hit. One person that just puts up videos of him and his girlfriend playing mini-golf has been hit because a song was being played on the course's speakers in the background.

Hate to be the spoilsport here, but the rules are pretty clear; no posting of copyrighted material unless you own the rights to do so.
