There is no fade out at 1:40 on my Time-Life "Sounds Of The Eighties 1985-1986" cd.

No, I listened with headphones this time and didn't hear any dropout or fade at 1:40.

Hey all,
I have a question about the "remix" that runs 4:53. My vinyl 45 of this song has the 4:17 version on the a-side, and the 4:53 'remix' on the b-side. Does anyone know if the remix has ever appeared on any import CD since it doesn't appear to have been on any domestic CD? |

8 years later, and I've finally found the 7" remix running 4:53 on CD. If anyone's interested, it's on the import CD Pearls of the 80s 4. It's not listed on amazon.com, so I had to get it through amazon.co.uk:

The remix of California Girls is on a Japanese CD called 80-12 Good, Old Fashioned 80's 12 Inch Single Collection. Might have it somewhere else too.
It runs 3:07 |
