Hello, I have the following compilation from 1994, and "Bizarre Love Triangle" runs here 3:23 (listed & actual): https://www.discogs.com/de/Various-Threesome-Music-From-The- Motion-Picture/release/2871665 It seems to be the 7'' Edit. Regards Adris Edited by edogak2000 |

Thanks for the tip, Adris! I believe I have the US version of this soundtrack and will dig it up to see it matches my promo 12".

There's a fan site now which documents and embeds YouTube clips of every version of New Order's Factory-era tracks: New Order ’81-’89 SuperPlayer & Versionography
The info on Bizarre Love Triangle is quite extensive, and there's even a detailed spreadsheet comparing the contents of each version. Notably, it confirms the Threesome soundtrack version is reportedly a match for the '7" Edit' on the 1986 US promo 12", which is an edit of the US & 2nd Canadian single version. I think there's still an open question as to what TM Century provided, as discussed earlier in this thread. Is it one of the official mixes, a re-creation thereof, or a unique edit? |
