Does anyone have or know about the short version of this song that is about 4:34. Is this just a shorter version of the 5:57 version? I have the 45, but mine is 5:57.

Gary: My DJ 45 has a "Vocal/Edit Version" on one side, with a listed time of 4:34.

Assuming the music video matches the 7", the "Vocal/Edit Version" is simply an early fade, gone by the time lyrics come back about 4:38. (Someone else will need to confirm the exact length and start point for the fade.)

You are indeed correct, Gene... The promo 45 is indeed an early fade of the commercial 45/LP length.
