It seems that the original parent album of "No Way Out" - 1984's Nuclear Furniture - is missing from the fairly short list of U.S. CDs that this top 40 hit has appeared on, according to the on-line database. Nuclear Furniture was one of the earliest CD releases here in the U.S., arriving on store shelves just weeks after the vinyl LP & cassette in May of '84, on Grunt PCD1-4921. Consequently, all copies of the CD I've ever seen have been Japan-for-U.S. pressings, as the album went out-of-print in all formats within 2-3 years, and it has never been issued again on CD since (in the U.S., that is). Needless to say, it's a fairly tough CD to find today, but I actually have one. If Pat wishes to add it to the db immediately, I can report that "No Way Out" has an actual time of (4:21) on the CD. Photos on Discogs: JEFFERSON STARSHIP - "Nuclear Furniture" (U.S. CD) The front & back inserts on my copy are identical in every way to the one shown on Discogs; however, the disc itself is quite different, in that all of the print on mine is in pink instead of blue, and says "GRUNT" at the left instead of having the "RCA" logo (catalog no. of "PCD1-4921" is still the same, though). So pressing varieties do exist for this one - those w/ the blue print & "RCA" logo on the disc itself most likely came first. To help better understand what I mean, here's a current listing on eBay of the group's 1985 follow-up, Knee Deep in the Hoopla, w/ a layout & color scheme on the disc that's similar to my copy of Nuclear Furniture: STARSHIP - "Knee Deep in the Hoopla" (U.S. CD)
