Both CHR stations here in Dallas are playing a unique version of "You
And I" by Lady Gaga. She resang the Nebraska lyrics to say Dallas
and Texas throughout the song. Are other markets playing versions
unique to that area?

Also, what other songs have been recorded for specific markets?
Ones that immediately come to mind are "Heart of Rock and Roll" by
Huey Lewis and "Deja Vu (Uptown Baby)" by Lord Tariq & Peter
Gunz.

I haven't heard it myself, but a friend on Facebook posted about hearing a "Minnesota" version.

There is also a Cleveland version of "You and I."

"I'm in Miami, Trick" by LMFAO was re-done for a ton of different markets.

I understand that "High School USA" by Tommy Facenda had versions for
different markets in which Facenda sang the names of various local high
schools. But I only have ever heard the "national version" (which is on one of
the Eric Records "Hard to Find" CDs). Never heard any of the local versions.

There's a CD with all 30 localized versions of "High School
USA" - I'd never seen this before, but it's posted on on
eBay right now.

On another note, Ke$ha recut a special version of "TiK ToK"
where the first verse had a shout-out to New York's Z100.

I was just on my way home and listening to the radio, and "Good Life"
by OneRepublic replaces the reference to L.A. with Dallas, but only
the first occurrence. I heard it on the local Kiss FM.

A couple of others that come to mind are "Hot In The City" by Billy Idol and "My Town" by the Michael Stanley Band. Check out the "It's My Life" by Bon Jovi thread for some more examples.

I can report that at least one of our local Top 40 stations is regularly playing a version of Lady Gaga's "You and I" that has "Pittsburgh" resung in place of the Nebraska lyrics. (Incidentally, my wife and I just moved into a new home in Cranberry Township this summer, located approximately 20 miles north of Pittsburgh, and largely explains my recent lengthy absence here on the message board.) Gaga recently performed downtown at the new Consol Energy Center (which is also the Pittsburgh Penguins hockey arena), so I don't know if she specially re-recorded the lyrics while visiting the local radio station as part of her concert promotion or if the record label had Gaga cut a special version in the recording studio for each city that was part of her tour.

Cranberry Township is a beautiful and rapidly growing area north of Pittsburgh. I performed at a wedding there in 2010, at the Cranberry Marriott. And, I believe Lady Gaga was in Pittsburgh twice within a 6 month period, as we saw her at the Consol Energy Center in Sept. 2010. She then returned to Consol in February, 2011.

It's rapidly growing indeed, John! We love our new neighborhood, though we do wish something could be done about all the nearby heavy traffic, especially along Routes 19 and 228. (Oh, and by the way the Cranberry Marriott is where my wife and I stayed on our wedding night!)

Just going back a ways for these 2, i'm not sure the
first one counts:
there was "We Built This City" with the DJ mix for local
stations to overdub their own radio chatter (in NY, both
Z100 and WCBS oldies made their own chatter, but i don't
recall others...)
But that was a "do it yourself" for stations, not the
same thing.
For Z-100, the main CHR station at the time, played
custom version of "99 Luftballons" where the German lyric
during first verse was changed and spliced in as
"...von Z-100 luftaballons..." which appeared on the air
right after the band was interviewed there.
I'm guessing the band did same in other markets they
visited.
