   The 45 runs 3:37, the label says 3:38. To my ears it appears to be simply cutting off the first 15 seconds or so, fading in to just prior to the first vocal, and then a 10 second fade to a length of 3:27, cutting the final 50 some seconds.

There is also a 12" version that can be found on the import CD of Criminal Tango.

	my commercial 45 issued as arista 9143 states the run time as 3:38 and runs 3:37 and is an edit, i believe, of the full length 4:37 version and NOT a fade....but i could be wrong......thanks for the edit you did awhile ago for me aaron.....just corrected the error..... Edited by edtop40

	It seems to me that the fade in section has a couple seconds of unique audio that I had to borrow from the 45 to make a faithful re-creation. It's been a long time since I've done that one, though.

	So is the actual commercial 45 running time (3:47) or (3:37) as the first two posts disagree on the actual running time?

	Just timed my Arista 9143 and it definitely runs 3:37.
