musiq soulchild love cd single

the db claims that the song 'love' by musiq soulchild was
issued as a promo cd single with a running time of
4:06....i had and copied a promo cd single when it was a
current in 2001 and the actual running time of the song is
4:24.....i asked john for whatever he had on his promo
compilations from the time and his version also runs
4:24.....does anyone own the actual promo cd single that
can report the listed and actual running times of the
tracks?

My copy of the radio edit just sounds like an early fade
of the LP version.
