Not accepting new registrations?

   I told a friend about this forum and he expressed interest in joining however when he tried to register, he got a message saying that the forum is not accepting any new registrations. My friend has worked in radio and has a decent sized vinyl/cd collection and would no doubt be a help around the forum. Is there any way I could get him registered?
