the cassingle issued as interscope 98255 contains the lp version but edits out the 0:09 of spoken intro and runs 4:16...this version should be designated the single/45 version in the db....

According to a post on Discogs

Call-I-Like-The-Way-You-Work), the single version of "Booti
Call" is actually a remix, despite it being listed as the
LP version. When comparing the TM Century file in the 1994
archive to the actual LP version (with the spoken intro), I
agree that it is an uncredited remix.
Ed, can you confirm that your cassingle features the actual
lp version without the intro or the uncredited remix?

Anytime I've had a request for this song at weddings, the
version the person making the request wants is the KC Miami
Mix.

Since 2006, I've moved a few times and all my music
paraphernalia is packed away in a garage in new jersey!
