Pat or Somebody Else,
Can you tell me if this song contains the f-word on the new compilation "Only Hits" or if it is edited? I hope it is edited. I guess I am getting older or something. I can't stand all of the bad language in today's music. Thanks.

Not sure about Only Hits, but I would guess if you're looking for the censored version you would find it on the 2007 Grammy Nominees CD (given their stance on using more radio-friendly versions on their compilations).
But I'm not sure. Pat, have you by chance had an opportunity to review the new Grammy CD?

The full-length Bedlam album comes in an edited version. I purchased mine from Wal-Mart, and it has the alternate lyrics for that song (and a couple others, I believe).

I have the new 2007 Grammy Nominees CD and the version of "You're Beautiful" on it is indeed the censored version.

Here are some promo CD details:
PRCD 301875
1. Radio Edit (printed 3:25; actual 3:22)
2. Clean Album Edit (printed & actual 3:33)
The "Radio Edit" is not just an edited/censored version. It's actually a completely remixed version that has a fuller sound and added instrumentation. A credit on the promo CD says "Additional production by Jeremy Wheatley" for the "Radio Edit."

was the radio edit from the promo cd single the version
that was played most on radio back in the day, or was it
the clean album edit?

It was always the "Radio Edit" that I heard in the Dallas market.
