My commercial 45, which is mono, has a listed time of (3:20), but an actual time of (3:25).

Ed, the vocal takes are completely different. Here's what I'd posted a few years ago in the "Tom Jones In Mono" thread, comparing the (as Steve put it: "somewhat more dramatically sung") stereo DJ 45/LP version to the more-restrained vocal on the mono 45 version:
"The first real giveaway that the vocal takes are different comes at about the 1:03 point, where Tom sings "but I was lost like a slave that no man could free." The word "lost" is sung in a straightforward manner on the mono 45, but on the DJ 45, Tom really emphasizes the word. On the DJ 45, the word "free" is sung "free-uh," but it's just "free" on the mono 45. The same "-uh" difference also appears on the word "laughing" at 1:31.
At 1:37, Tom sings the word "more" for about one second on the mono 45. On the DJ 45, he sings it "mo-oooooo-orrrrrrrr" stretched out over seven seconds, with the latter portion sung on a lower note. Similar differences occur during the later verses."

According to at least one poster on another popular music message board forum, some commercial 45 pressings of "Delilah" were in stereo. Has anyone run across a stereo copy? And if so, does it match the LP version?

I think YahShure mentioned in another thread that he has a
stereo promo, and it's the album version.

You are correct. I've read elsewhere that some
commercial 45 copies also contain the stereo LP version, but so far
I'm finding this only appears to be the case with promo 45 copies.
