My understanding is that the commercial 45 of "End of the Innocence" by Don Henley is the same as the album. Do the DJ 45's have a shorter version, like all other singles from the album did? It's a rather long song, so I'm wondering if they made a faded or edited version.

On my TM Century library, the LP Version is used, so I'm inclined to believe that DJ 45s also had the full LP Version of the song.

My promo vinyl 45 has the LP version on both sides.

I'm pretty sure I've always heard the LP version of "End of the Innocence" on the radio, so it's looking like a DJ edit doesn't exist. Given the long instrumental passage at the end of the song, it is somewhat surprising that an early fade was never made available to radio, especially considering that short edits were issued for all other Don Henley singles off the End of the Innocence album, as EdisonLite points out.
