Wanted to say thank you to you all for your assistance and advice to help me locate proper stock and promo 45 versions over the last several months. I've truly appreciated it vey much.

I probably won't post too much anymore, if at all, as sometimes I guess I ask some pretty stupid questions.

But, again, thanks...

Hi 'eriejwg'

I don't think you've ever posted "some pretty stupid questions".

Post all you want!

People like me learn from the questions AND the responses.

Andy

That would be a real shame! There's no stupid questions, so feel free to post whatever's on your mind. I'm certainly glad to have a place to ask my "stupid" questions, since our hobby is FULL of wrong information (i.e. CDs that list "single version" but aren't really the single version), wrong versions (just look at all the "neither" versions in the database), and songs that just aren't available at all on CD. This Board is one of the few resources we have to get all this information straightened out!

Don't be shy; keep posting and asking questions! Many times I learn a new tidibt that originated from someone else's question.

Eriejwg, why would you think you asked stupid questions? I don't recall anything you've ever posted being stupid in any way.

I learn a lot by reading everyone's posts. Some are more interesting than others but I cannot recall anyone's posts that have been inappropriate. Keep on posting!

john... there are plenty of intimidating characters on this chat board, but i don't think any of them bite! in fact, i would say they are downright polite, and helpful, too!

ed, i only meant intimidating in the amount of knowledge that is possessed by certain board members, which is always greatly appreciated by novices such as myself

Yes, after a few days down time, I'm back.

Was a rough week...2 former co-workers of the first station I worked at in 1977 died this week within a day of each other. One gentleman was 52 and the other was 55. While it's been years since I chatted with either of them, it's still tough to lose former co-workers.My condolences to their wives and families.

And, thanks to all of you for your support the last few days. :)
