Based on an mp3 file Edtop40 has sent me, the 45 version of Amy Holland's "How Do I Survive" runs 3:09 and has never been issued on CD. All CD appearances of this song listed in the 10th edition are the LP version, which runs 3:57.

my commercial 45 of amy holland's hit "how do i survive" issued as capitol 4884 states a run time on the label as 3:13 but actually runs 3:09.....and is an edit of the full length 3:57 cd/lp version......this info s/b be added to the db......todd, thanks for the edit from years ago.......edtop40

Abagon reports his commercial 45 copy of "How Do I Survive" states a run time of 3:13 and actually does run that length. So it appears there are two different pressings of this 45.
