Anyone with details on how to edit "Crossroads" down to the DJ edit, much appreciated!

I finally got a DJ copy on this track, it's a simple fade down to 2:50. Speed is identical to the long side of the DJ 45, no speeding up on this one. Fade starts at about 2:40 to just slightly under 2:50.
